    Shipping Times:
    Items marked as same day shipping are guaranteed to ship the same day Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST if payment clears by 3 pm EST. The item will ship that day or we pay the shipping. Items shipping from the manufacturer will ship in the specified time defined on the item. If your item does not ship in the time specified on the shipping policy, we pay the shipping. It's as simple as that!

    If Item Arrives Not As Pictured:
    We intend on shipping the item exactly as pictured. If for any reason we don't, we will pay for return shipping, reship correct item (if available), and refund your shipping costs in full. Of course, if we don't have the item as pictured, a full refund, including any charges accrued for shipping the item back, will be refunded in full.

    If Item Doesn't Arrive or Arrives Damaged:
    We assume once your package(s) leaves our warehouse it will be handled with care and delivered to the specified address. If for any reason either one of these issues occur, we will provide you with a new item or insure your item for arrival.
